Suspended Driver Cited to Court

On March 22 at 4:11 p.m., Randolph police were advised of a vehicle, driven by a suspended operator, heading into the village. RPD stopped the vehicle on North Main Street. The driver was identified as Scott Emerson, 20, of White River Jct. Dispatch verified that Emerson’s license was suspended in Vermont. He is scheduled for an April 18 arraignment.
