(Herald / Ben DeFlorio) Winter weather enthusiasts were treated to what may be their last batch of the snowy season when Winter Storm Stella blanketed much of New England on Tuesday. The storm dumped 23” of snow in Randolph, according to the National Weather Center and forced the closing of more than 400 schools across the state, many of which were delayed or remained shuttered through Wednesday.
