The center at 6 Hale Street serves lunch in the Fork and Spoon Café, Monday-Thursday, at noon. The center is open for the public from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

Monday activities include cribbage at 10 a.m., bingo at 10:30 a.m., and contract bridge at Joslyn House at 2:15 p.m. “Lift for Life” exercise classes are Tuesday-Friday at 8:30 a.m. On Tuesdays, there is an eight-week Tai Chi class at 9:45 a.m., and mahjongg at 10 a.m. On the first Wednesday of each month, the book club meets at 12:45 p.m. There is a foot clinic the first Wednesday of the month by appointment. On Thursdays, the Knit-Wits at 10 a.m.—bring any needlework project. Call 728- 9324 to confirm activities.

On Thursday, Feb. 16, the center will serve scalloped potatoes, sliced ham, broccoli, carrot-raisin salad, biscuits, and caramel pears.

The center will be closed on Monday, Feb. 20, in observance of Presidents Day.

On Tuesday, Feb. 21, there will be a board meeting at 12:45 p.m. Lunch that day will include barbecued beans, grilled hot dogs with buns, potato salad, coleslaw, and ice cream sandwiches.

The menu for Wednesday, Feb. 22 will feature chicken divan, mixed veggies, whole wheat bread, and peaches.

On Thursday, Feb. 23, there will be a choice of dried beef gravy or chicken, mashed potatoes, California blend veggies, cornbread, and butterscotch pudding.
