The center at 6 Hale Street serves lunch Monday-Thursday at noon.

Monday activities include a mem­oir class in the crafts room and Bingo, both at 10:30 a.m. The “Lift for Life” exercise program is Tues­day Friday at 8:30 a.m. On Tues­day, there is cribbage at 9:30 a.m., mahjongg at 10 a.m., and a memoir class from noon-2 p.m. There are foot clinics the first and second Wednesday of each month, from 10 a.m.-noon. Call 728-9324 to sign up. On Thursday, there is seated yoga at 9:30 a.m. No lunch is served on Friday.

Lunch on Thursday, Feb. 16 will include a choice of chicken or dried beef gravy, mashed potatoes, California blend veg­gies, cornbread, and strawberries with cream.

The center will be closed Mon­day, Feb. 20 in observance of Presi­dent’s Day.

On Tuesday, Feb. 21, the lunch menu will feature Parmesan chick­en, mashed potatoes, peas and pearl onions, spiced muffins, and “pump­kin stuff.”

On Wednesday, Feb. 22, lunch will include liver and onions or chicken with parsley potatoes, spinach, whole wheat bread, and pineapple upside-down cake.

There will be AARP tax assis­tance available Thursday, Feb. 23, so please call for an app­ointment. Lunch that day will be barbecued pulled beef sandwiches on whole wheat buns, sweet potato fries, coleslaw, and brownies.
