Pittsfield Town Report Deliveries

Volunteers are needed to help dis­tribute the annual Pittsfield Town Report. The cost of mailing each town report is approximately $2.50, so it would be a sizable savings to the town, which translates into taxpayer savings, if most of these reports can be hand-delivered to Pittsfield’s registered voters.

Do you have six or eight neigh­bors that you can deliver a report to? There is a fairly short timeframe from the time the report comes back from the printers and when they need to be in the hands of the voters. The deliveries will made be the week of February 19 and all re­ports will need to be in the hands of the voters by February 25. This could also be a good project for stu­dents that trying to earn “commu­nity service” hours for school.
