The Delectable Mt. Quilt Club will hold two more meetings this month—on February 21 at 1 p.m. at Joani Yankee’s in East Barnard, and February 28 at 1 p.m. with Robin Guerney in Ran­dolph. The club’s lat­est project is blocks for the Sally Al­loway quilt, for which she donated the material. They are also doing a challenge for Billings—in­spired by two antique quilts shown to the club recently. Any new blocks for the V.A. Quilts of Valor can be passed in to Edie Aiken. Her quilt still has some hand quilting waiting to be done. This report came from Polly Leav­itt. When the moon was full and very bright recently, some of the students from Barnard went to the Pomfret school to take advantage of their astronomy observation building. They all enjoyed the experience, as did their parents.
