On Friday, Jan. 27, the center will serve fish sandwiches, with sweet potato fries, peas and carrots, and tapioca pudding.

The menu for Monday, Jan. 30 will feature chicken vegetable soup with grilled cheese sandwiches, apricots, and fruited Jell-O.

Folks at the center will honor those with February birthdays at lunch on Wednesday, Feb. 1, when the menu will include beef potpie, mandarin oranges, biscuits, and birthday cake with ice cream.

On Friday, Feb. 3, the center will serve “breakfast for lunch,” with pancakes, sausage patties, tropical fruit salad, and fresh clementines.
