Rochester High School Announces Valedictorian & Salutatorian
      The valedictorian of Rochester High School Class of 2007 is Jennifer Moltz, daughter of Lynn and George Moltz. In addition to being an honor student, Jenny has taken advantage of the opportunity of dual enrollment at Middlebury College.

Commercial Wins Award For Warner
      The station and sales manager of Randolph radio station WCVR, Karen Warner, recently won "Commercial of the Year" for a commercial she wrote for L.F. Trottier and Sons. The award was won during the annual convention of the Vermont Association of Broadcasters, held in Fairlee.

      Randolph Center historian and author Miriam Herwig will give a talk, "Some Exciting Stories of Vermont Pioneer Settlers," this Sunday, June 10 at 2 p.m. at the Hubbardton Battlefield State Historic Site in Hubbardton.
