NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Responsible for smooth and efficient
operation of hardware and software sys-
tems in small Ctrl. Vermont company.
The Network Administrator oversees all
aspects of technological infrastructure.
Work with CIO in daily operations of the
network environment; Maintain network,
individual workstations & laptops, back-
up systems, phone system & printers;
Perform remote support; Create custom
reports; Write programs for and trains
staff on BOMP; Make recommendations
to management for augmenting capabil-
ities; Assist in hard inventory counts;
Keep current with developing technol-
ogy and potential applications for the
company; Make recommendations to
the CIO and COO regarding the annual
operating and capital expenditure
budget. Candidate must have:
Knowledge of NT networking and work-
stations, domains, accounting, and da-
tabase management, Exchange, Citrix
and SMS Software; Excellent math
skills; Good communication skills, both
written and oral; Good interpersonal
skills, patience, confidentiality; Atten-
tion to detail, good organizational skills;
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under
pressure/deadlines. Educa-
tion/Experience/Certifications
required: Associates Degree in Com-
puter Science or equivalent work ex-
perience; 3-5 yrs. organizational net-
work infrastructure support; 2-3 yrs.
