Georgia Sharpe

TAMPA, FLA.—Georgia F. Sharpe, 99, formerly of Randolph, died August 3, 2008.

She was born in Randolph, May 22, 1909, to Herman E. and Mae (Hull) Flint. She graduated from Lasky Business College in Boston, Mass., and worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she met and married Lawrence W. Sharpe. He died on September 11, 1987.

She was predeceased by her parents and four sisters: Mildred Flint, Marjorie Battles, Maude Wood, and Delia Kimball.

Survivors include her three nieces, JoAnn Wood Schleman of Bolton Valley, Nancy Battles Gray of Braintree, and Susan Wood Breitsprecher of Brandon, Fla. Arrangements are by Day Funeral Home in Randolph.
