James Hutchinson

RANDOLPH—James W. Hutchinson, 60, a member of the Vermont House of Representatives since 2005, died unexpectedly, Monday, July 28, 2008 at his home.

Arrangements are pending at the Day Funeral Home in Randolph. A full obituary will apper in next week’s Herald.
