Loving Response From Community

In an uncertain world, with an uncertain future, I have found that there are still a few things that you can count on. The sun will rise in the morning, and set in the evening. There will always be wars and other atrocities happening all over the world, and there will also be good and lovely things happening, too.

We have heard so much lately about horrible things that happen to people all over the world and even here in our own little corner of the world. So I decided to share something good, that’s also happening.

People are coming together to help others in need. My family has been going through a difficult time, as you may have seen, from a recent article in the paper. Due to the hard work and dedication of some awesome people, such as Shari McLaughlin, my family and a wonderful support system at Faith Assembly of God in Bethel, many people, too numerous to mention, have stepped forward with food, childcare, hugs, prayers and other gifts of love.

I can never express how much it means to my family and I, how grateful and blessed we are to be part of such a good and caring corner of this uncertain world. I thank God for each of you.
