Arts Camp Planned

Registration is taking place now for the annual summer Performing Arts Camp for kids sponsored by the White River Valley Players of Rochester.

The camp will take place August 11-15 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the campus of the Hancock Village School on Rte. 100 in Hancock. This year’s theme will be "water," and that subject will be approached from an international perspective in music, dance, and theater. The camp will culminate in a free public performance Friday, Aug. 15 at 6 p.m.

Registration forms were distributed to students at the schools in Rochester, Hancock, Granville, Stockbridge, and Bethel, as well as to home-school families. Full and partial scholarships are available.
