Lax Gal Ghosts

In a contest which saw excellent lacrosse skills displayed by both teams, Randolph Union High School girls lax defeated the Sharon Academy Phoenix at the Sharon campus.

Scoring four goals each for the Ghosts were Abby Peltier and Amanda Bowen. Sarah Kresock and Erika Smith both contributed three, while individual goals were also recorded by Brook Sargeant, Megan Reymore, Lacy Dezan, and Heather Suprenant. Kresock added four assists, and goalie Erica Weber was credited with 12 saves.

Scoring for the Phoenix were Laurel Adams with five goals, Hannah McMeekin with three, and Bekah Woodin with two. Goalie Heather Skehan managed 10 saves, all in a contest which was more tightly contested than the score indicates.
