To Wrong Dept. In the 24 of April issue of The Herald under the selex news, at the end you reported that the Agency of Natural Resources "commending the quick work done by the Randolph Highway Department to prevent a gasoline spill from contaminating groundwater near Exit 4." If this was the spill on March 6, the Randolph Center Fire Department was there for two hours and the state highway department provided a front end loader and sand. The town was not there. Thank you to the state highway department for your help. Al Floyd, Chief Randolph Center Fire Dept. ____________ |
