Library Burglarized

Last Thursday, sometime between 8 p.m., when Kimball Public Library closed for the day, and 9 p.m., when the cleaning crew showed up, the library was burglarized.

The perpetrator broke through a back window, leaving broken glass inside, and then ripped a screen to gain access to the building. Randolph police, called at 9:24 p.m., said an unknown amount of cash was taken from the building.

Police are investigating the April 17 incident; there are no suspects at this time, they said this week. Anyone with information is asked to call Randolph police at 728-3737.
