Fixing the Road

This past week Spooner Road has been in tough shape.

When in town on Thursday, I saw a town worker and told him about the conditions. He said that there was a machine up there on Wednesday, but the problem still existed.

On Sunday morning I went out to get the newspaper and on my way back up the hill, a large Town truck appeared. I guess the truck dumped some stones to make the road passable in time for my sister to be able to drive up to my home on Crab Apple Ridge. I had planned to meet her down on Route 12.

Thanks to the road crew for all you folks do.
