Fill Co-op Void

     Driving along Rt. 12 out of Randolph toward Bethel, I could hardly see the "OPEN" flag, just beyond Central Supplies. I turned into the Central Supplies parking lot and drove over to the tomato-red building: The Randolph Farm Stand.

     It is frustrating to attend Town Meeting in Randolph every year only to be stifled by the Vermont statute which prohibits discussion from the floor on anything being voted by Australian ballot.
