McLaughlin Will Be Correspondent
For The Herald

The Herald’s new correspondent for the Gaysville-Stockbridge area is Shari McLaughlin.

A native of Maine but a resident of Vermont since 1981 and Stockbridge since 1986, McLaughlin graduated from UVM in 1991 with a degree in finance. She is married to Paul Hurwitz and they have two children. Jake is 13 years old and a student at The Sharon Academy, and Abby is 12 years old and a student at the Stockbridge Central School.

McLaughlin has been a member of the Stockbridge Town School District Board since 2003, and has chaired that board since 2005.
