Looking for an upbeat evening during the lull between Christmas and the New Year?

Stop in at the Readers' Theatre session at Chandler Center for the Arts on Friday evening, Dec. 28, from 7:30 to 9:30.

Bring a couple of favorite speeches, poems or scenes from favorite plays and share them with a small group of theater enthusiasts. Songs from musicals or operas, sung a cappella or accompanied, are also welcome.

The informal event will be held in Chandler’s upper gallery.
