Meetings Begin

The East-Central Fiber Network will hold the first in a series of three public informational meetings on Oct. 15 at 6:30 p.m. at the Tunbridge Town Hall.

ECFIberNet is a volunteer committee formed to bring high-speed interent to the Central Vermont region via fiber-optic cable.

Towns currently involved in the project are Brookfield, Braintree, Randolph, Tunbridge, Strafford, Thetford, Pomfret, Barnard, Norwich, Williamstown, Chelsea, Sharon, Royalton, and Vershire.

Anyone who is a citizen of any of these or surrounding towns is encouraged to come and listen and ask questions about this important project.
