Needed: Two Philanthropists

Where are today’s Chandlers and Kimballs? In the intervening century, has society become so avaricious that hometown no longer matters to citizens well qualified to be its benefactors?

Let us hope that, in this time of celebration of past philanthropy, there will rise up, not one, but two, caring souls who will grace this town with their generosity.
