Is Endangered

The Board of the South Royalton Senior Citizens met and decided to close the Thrift Shop that is located conveniently at the back of 108 Chelsea, the popular South Royalton eatery.

This shop benefits so many people by offering affordable clothing and household items, gives work to people who couldn't work elsewhere and benefits the seniors.

Please come to the board meeting on Sept. 11 at 1 p.m. at the Academy Building to save our Thrift Shop!

They complain that it isn't good that people have to go through the restaurant to get to the shop. Hey, half the people who eat at the restaurant end up meandering over to the shop!
