Honors to Girls
And Coaches

We would like to thank the coaches of the Upper Valley 11-and-12-year-old’s softball all-star team Scott LaFreniere, Brian Dudek and Sherry Adams.

These coaches gave a great deal of their personal time preparing 10 young girls for the tournament held the third weekend in July in Swanton. Even though the coaches had only two weeks to work with these girls, we watched each one of them work hard to improve their knowledge and skill of the game and develop team play. They also learned to win with honor and lose with dignity. Of course it didn't hurt to have a great group of young ladies on the team; Siobhan Chase, Adriene Dudek, Erin Easton, Reba Hart, Samantha Johnson, Ashley LaFreniere, Danielle LaPerle, Jaqulyn Lumbra, Angelo Russo and Molly Suprenant. They made us all (parents, grandparents and friends) feel very proud of them in their play-off games.
