Megan Jennings of Braintree and Alaina Ryan of Randolph were named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2007 semester at the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh.

Erin Riley of Randolph was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree at the May 20 Centennial commencement exercises of Suffolk University held at the TD Banknorth Garden in Boston.

Sarah Paquette, daughter of Tom and Terry Paquette of Rochester, was named to the Dean's List for the spring semester at the Maine Maritime Academy in Castine, Maine.

Jane K. Manby, a student at South Royalton High School and the daughter of Robert Manby and Kathleen Hassey of South Royalton, was named as the 2007 recipient of the Saint Michael’s College Scholarship and Service Book Award.

Jessica C. Simpson of Braintree received the Heinz L. Ansbacher Award during the spring semester Honors Day ceremonies at the University of Vermont. The award is given to a senior psychology major that has conducted outstanding research or scholarship with a humanistic element in the tradition of individual psychology.

William Fiske of Rochester, a history major at the University of Vermont, was recently initiated into UVM’s Alpha Alpha Psi chapter of Phi Alpha Theta, the national history honor society.

Rachel Allen, daughter of Ron and Deb Allen of Randolph, was named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at Nazareth College, where she is actively involved in the Admission’s Student Ambassador Program, Study Abroad Programs, and the Spanish Club.

Elizabeth Barnaby, daughter of Gordon and Susan Barnaby of Tunbridge, graduated May 19 from Endicott College in Beverly, Mass. with a bachelor’s degree in visual communications.

Marissa Meyer of Randolph graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, last month from Colby College in Waterville, Me. The daughter of Gus and Patricia Meyer and a 2003 graduate of Randolph Union High School, she majored in psychology, with a concentration in neuroscience. Immediately following graduation, she traveled to Houston, Tex., for five weeks of "Teach for America" training and student teaching. Following her training, she will teach high school science in eastern Arkansas.
