Upset at Loss
Of Teacher

I am writing in regards to Mrs. Diane Parker who was recently pressured to resign from the special education department. My family has personally worked with Mrs. Parker for nine years.

My son Bruce was treated with care and respect from Mrs. Parker during that time. My son wouldn’t be where he is today if it wasn’t for the time and patience of this profound teacher. My family and I are extremely upset at the recent turn of events.

I have personally grown up in the Tunbridge area and have been a part of this community my whole life and feel that losing such a wonderful teacher is a loss for many. I am also disappointed in the school system with the way that this situation was handled. The loss of this teacher will affect the community and the future of many children who will not know such wonderful care. I am writing this letter to express the frustration and loss of such a wonderful person.
