RANDOLPH CENTER—Kenneth C. Webber, 64, of Randolph Center, died Monday, March 26, 2007, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. He was born September 3, 1942, in New Haven, Conn., the son of H. Kenneth and Irene (Morrill) Webber. He was raised in South Royalton and Bethel, and graduated from Whitcomb High School. He moved to Randolph Center in 1976. He worked for GW Plastics for many years, retiring as a supervisor. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and visiting his friends. Survivors include his life partner, Dottie Twitchell of Randolph Center; daughters, Kandi Webber of Brownsville and Kim Mason of Hartford; a brother, Kirk White of Bethel; and six grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, his step-father, Ronald White; and a brother, Keith White. Memorial services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, March 30 at the Day Funeral Home in Randolph, with Pastor Thomas Harty officiating. There are no calling hours.
