Evan G. MacCarthy of Chelsea has been named to second honors on the Dean’s List at Clark University in Worcester, Mass. for the fall 2006 semester. A member of Clark University’s Class of 2008, he is majoring in screen studies, and is a graduate of the Sharon Academy.

Danial S. Sargeant, son of Scott and Cheryl Sargeant of Granville, has been accepted to attend the VAST Program at Vermont Technical College (VTC) in Randolph Center, majoring in Architecture during the 2007-08 school year.

Lindsey Partridge, daughter of Dennis and Sharon Partridge of Braintree, was named to the Dean’s List for the fall semester at New England University in Biddeford, Maine. A 2003 graduate of RUHS, she is majoring in medical biology, with a minor in psychology. She has been accepted into the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in Boston, Mass.

Courtney Isham of Randolph joined 12 other Champlain College students who traveled to St. Bernard Parish near New Orleans over the school's spring break to assist with the rebuilding efforts of Habitat for Humanity. Isham helped with projects that included putting up chain-link fencing, building porches, taking inventory at the warehouse, ordering supplies, building sawhorses for the construction process, and some interior-wall painting.

Adelie Mascoveta of Chelsea, a member of the Class of 2009 at Connecticut College in New London, Conn., was named to the Dean's List for the 2006 fall semester. She achieved Dean's High Honors, a recognition for students who have earned a grade point average of 3.7-4.0.

Jedediah Putney of Bethel was named to the President’s List at Bentley College in Waltham, Mass., for achieving "extraordinary academic achievement" in the fall 2006 semester. He is a senior majoring in Managerial Economics-Quantum Analysis.

Erica Johnson of South Strafford was named to the Dean’s List for the fall semester at the University of Maine at Farmington.
