Wiggett Auto: When the time came for my family to purchase a used vehicle, we were understandably a bit anxious. After all, the entire process of buying a previously-owned vehicle is weighed against us, as the seller wants to get the highest price for a vehicle they no longer want. Unfortunately for the buyer, this sometimes results in less than full disclosure of problems the vehicle has, until it is discovered after the sale and the seller informs you the vehicle is no longer his or her problem. After viewing a few vehicles from classified ads, we stopped by Wiggett's Auto in Randolph Center to take a look at what a they had, never expecting to purchase one from them. What we experienced there was seemingly unbelievable in today's business world. We found a business run by local people who felt that their word was stronger than anything else. The vehicle we purchased has not been absolutely perfect, but the business relationship has been. They have stood behind their product more than ANY of the other car companies we have dealt with over the years (whether that be new or used, large or small) and worked with us to ensure that we have been completely satisfied with the purchase, even months down the road. We wish we could say that all of our previous purchases have been this satisfying, and what Wiggett's Auto offers is common, but it is not.
