Lucia Tokarski

BARNARD—Lucia "Lucy" Tokarski, 91, formerly of Bayonne, N.J., died Thursday, March 1, 2007 at Gifford Medical Center in Randolph.

She was born December 17, 1915 in Bayonne, N.J., the daughter of Canio and Marie (Lucadomo) Caposello.

She attended Bayonne schools and married Joseph Tokarski. He died in 1978. She moved to Barnard in 2004 to live with her son.

Survivors include her son, Joseph Tokarski of Barnard; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, Francis Tokarski.

Private services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery in Lyndhurst, N.J. On-line condolences may be left at www.dayfunerals.com.
