Lady Hornets and Rockettes Battle

     The Rochester Rockettes found it tough going playing the Whitcomb Hornets sans starting center Jody Martin and found themselves short at the buzzer by one point as the Whitcomb Hornets earned their sixth victory of the season Tuesday evening in Bethel.

Randolph Boys In Overtime Thriller

     The Randolph boys’ basketball team played at home against Oxbow last Wednesday, and lost in overtime 59-55. Randolph’s game vs. Harwood at home last Friday was rescheduled to Monday, Feb. 12 due to weather.

Gal Ghosts Split Week

     The Randolph Gal Ghosts defeated Mt. Abe at home last Thursday, 36-30, and then lost to Lamoille, away Tuesday night, 65-41, after staying close to the Lancers for the first half of the game. The Ghosts’ record is now 7-11.

     The varsity Rockets had a big win last week over UCA with a score of 66-47. Taylor Fuller scored 18 points including three treys, and Brian Dunbar scored 16.
