Youth Bowlers
At State Tourney

I must express my disappointment at your complete lack of coverage of the recent Vermont State Youth Bowling Tournament held in Springfield, Vermont this past weekend, Jan. 27 and 28.

Many Randolph area youth worked hard to qualify for the tournament, and then at the finals bowled very well capturing a number of trophies. They represented the town of Randolph beautifullly.

These kids prepared and worked as hard at their sport as any other sport the Herald covers yet there was no acknowledgement of their accomplishments whatsoever.

With a sports page that manages to cover Pool leagues and horseshoes, I would think there is a place for recognizing the area youth bowlers and their accomplishments in the state tournament.

Way to go Valley Bowl and all the youth bowlers of Randolph and area towns!
