You Could Be
A Friend
Of Forests

The Randolph Forest Committee is seeking volunteers as "friends" or "stewards" of the forest.

The committee has responsibility for four forest parcels in Randolph which are known as the Town Forests, and needs help in caring for and making improvement to these parcels. A wide variety of assistance is needed from very easy to serious work.

A simple task might consist of regular walks along the paths picking up litter and reporting on any work needing to be done. A difficult task might be working on a trail-building team.

The forest parcels are:

• The Sayward Forest off Tatro Hill Road;

• The South Pleasant Street Woods behind Southview Cemetery;

• The Ellis Reserve Lands behind Greenhouse Avenue;

• The Rabbit Tract near North Randolph and the Brookfield town line.
