Nothing But Headaches

It’s a pretty sad day when your trying to clean up your neighborhood and sink thousands of dollars into your home and get nothing but headaches and damage to your property.

You call the local police about a shot out car window and or property damage they tell you they can ask the neighbors but no one will admit to it. You know they are looking out their windows laughing when the police are investigating the incident, but the sad thing is it’s pretty obvious where it’s coming from. They might be getting away with it right now but sooner or later it will come back and bite them.

When you live in a small community and are a tax payer and trying to provide a safe environment for your children, work hard, and try to help your other neighbors who have been dealing with the same headaches for years, you would hope that the town would step in and resolve the issues and take some kind of action.

You can put your house on the market but once the buyers do a drive by and see the neighborhood or hear the street name they want no part of it, but yet your taxes go up. Your neighborhood is trouble and you lose property value, get headaches and or property damage because you’re doing something right. What’s wrong with this picture?
