Bethel Gilead's favorite musician, Spencer Lewis, will appear in concert with Chas Eller at The Flynn Space in Burlington Jan. 6 at 7:30 p.m.

A guitar instrumentalist, fiddler/violinist, composer, and folk singer-songwriter, Spencer Lewis will perform with Eller, Vermont's well-known keyboardist, who can be heard on three of Lewis’s CDs including "The Silence between the Words," which Seven Days picked as "one of the top 20 CDs of 1998."

Lewis combines his solo and looped guitar on stage together with violin and old-time fiddle, along with a select songbag from the 60’s and 70’s folk-poets.

Eller adds his passionate, soulful, and elegant, musical response on piano, B-3 organ, and other keyboard textures in this rare showcase. Look for an intimate, revealing and uplifting musical experience and join in celebrating the release of Lewis' 16th CD, "Green Mountain Suite."
