Fears Legislation
On Ancient Roads

As a sportsman and out-doorsman I am afraid of what will take place because of the legislation sponsored by Sandra Haas regarding Class 4 roads. Many towns will abandon these roads due to a lack of money and a lack of time to get these roads properly mapped.

Fox Has Failed
As a Leader

The recent spate of political letters in your op-ed section warrant a response, especially those written by persons apparently not well informed. Over the past year I have consistently attended the Bethel selectmen’s meetings where state representative candidate Neal Fox is chairman, and I can tell ...

Fox Possesses Common Sense

Rarely in my experience has an election choice been so clear. Neal Fox is obviously the kind of knowledgeable common-sense person we need in the House of Representatives.

Agrees With Patsy’s Priorities
This is the decision-making time, once again, about the welfare of our state and country. If we had more people with Patsy French’s decency and sane values participating in governance, I’d rest easier.

Our Destruction
Wrought in Iraq

I am appalled at the amount of death and destruction we have brought to Iraq. While our intentions may have been good, we went with the arrogance of military might and the assurance they we alone had all truth and what was best for all the rest of the world.

Rep. Masland
Suggests Rozo

When casting their ballots this November, voters in Tunbridge and Royalton should look carefully at Rozo McLaughlin's record in the House. She is a good communicator and keeps her priorities squarely in front of her.
