Just a quick question concerning the Randolph bridge renovation project article in a recent Herald.

Do you think it was the Act 250 permit process that caused the 101 year delay in beginning the project? According to the article, construction was supposed to start in 1904 or 1905, which I’m sure was just a typo on your part, but it did get me wondering…
