Spring Happenings At Hancock School

The children in grades K-5 are busy rehearsing for their spring musical performance, "How Does Your Garden Grow?" which will be presented Thursday, May 24 at 7 p.m. at the Hancock Town Hall.

Starting this week, Bob Long will be teaching the students trampoline skills twice a week for three weeks.

"Fiesta de Español" is coming up Wednesday, May 9. The students have been making a piñata and other decorations. Everyone is welcome to stop by the school that morning and celebrate with them.

Mrs. MacDonald’s third, fourth and fifth grade class will travel to Montreal for an end of the year field trip. They’ll leave town May 31 and return June 1. While the Hancock students are in Canada, they’ll visit the Botanical Gardens, the Biodome and other spots of interest.
