Shakespeare This Summer
With ‘The Certain Players’

Well, it's certain. There will be Shakespeare in Randolph this summer.

RUHS graduates Charlotte Phillips and Dan Busha will be joined by 16 other college students and recent graduates from around the country at Chandler Music Hall for seven weeks this summer.

The Certain Players is the name of the company. They will be performing "The Tempest" July 7 at 8, July 8 and 9 at 2. The week of July 10th they will be offering workshops for the community in acting, dance, verse, improv, puppetry, and technical theater. Next is the big event: a community production of "Much Ado About Nothing," to be performed August 4, 5 and 6. Auditions will be held the week of July 10.

The Certain Players would like to thank the generous support from the community that has helped to make this all possible, and especially the staff at Vermont Technical College who are working to provide jobs and housing for the company.
